Thomas M. Kelley Law, P.C. is a law firm that focuses on Criminal Defense and Labor Law. Attorney Thomas M. Kelley started the firm in 2024 with the goal of helping defend those charged with a criminal offense as well as help those that may be facing adverse employment actions. Attorney Kelley's primary focus is that of defending the rights of First Responders including but not limited to, Veterans, Police Officers and Firefighters. 

Attorney Kelley is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran who served with the Military Police in Iraq from 2007-2008 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his deployment, Attorney Kelley was hired as a Corrections Officer and Deputy Sheriff before being hired as a Police Officer in which he would retire from. After retiring from the Police Department, Attorney Kelley obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law, and also holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in criminal justice from Curry College. During the time Attorney Kelley was a Police Officer, he served as the Union President for his local department's union which represented approximately 100 active members. Attorney Kelley interned for the Essex's County District Attorney's Office where he assisted with the prosecution of criminal defendants, the Law of Offices of Brian Fahy where he assisted in the defense of Criminal charges, and the Law of Offices of Leigh Panettiere where he assisted in a variety of labor law issues. 

As a Veteran, a retired Police Officer and former Union Official, Attorney Kelley has both the experience and hands on knowledge of both the criminal justice system and the labor law field to help his clients defend against criminal charges and any adverse employment action by an employer. Attorney Kelley is dedicated and hard working which can be shown by his past experience and will ensure he is just as hardworking for every single one of his clients.
